My name is Karen.
Over the past 12 years I have been a creative manager, a director of creative
services and a creative recruiter at big agencies, small
multi-disciplined agencies and everything in between. One thing that has
been true about every place I have worked is that they all have a very
unique creative culture.
My sole mission with Agent K is to match the right people
with the right culture.
Looking for work
If you are actively looking for a new opportunity or just curious to
see what else is out there, email me a pdf of your work, a link to your
site, or send a printed book.
Once I view your work we can talk about what opportunities are out there.
I will always let you know when something new comes up and check with
you first before I send your work. Any information you share with me is
of course highly confidential.
Looking for people
In one quick meeting I will be able to get a clear sense of your creative
culture and the types of people that will fit well within your agency.
Then I will only send work created by people that are right for you.
When you see work you like, I will set up the interview.
When you decide on who you want to hire, I’ll take care of all of
the details from checking references, to negotiating salaries.
Referrals
As Agent K grows I plan on building a referral compensation program.
I am still figuring out the logistics on this so check back soon. You
can still refer people but right now all I can offer is some good karma.
